การพัฒนาคู่มือการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบวัฏจักรการเรียนรู้ (5E) ร่วมกับการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) หาค่าดัชนีประสิทธิผลของคู่มือการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบวัฏจักรการเรียนรู้ (5E) ร่วมกับการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือตามเกณฑ์ดัชนีประสิทธิผล ที่ระดับ 0.50 ขึ้นไป 2) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนของนักเรียน ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ที่เรียนโดยใช้คู่มือการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบวัฏจักรการเรียนรู้ (5E) ร่วมกับการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือ 3)เปรียบเทียบเจตคติต่อวิชาชีววิทยาของนักเรียนที่เรียนโดยใช้คู่มือการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบวัฏจักรการเรียนรู้ (5E) ร่วมกับการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือของนักเรียน  ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ระหว่างก่อนและหลังเรียนกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียนอุเทนพัฒนา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 22 ที่เรียนอยู่ในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2560 จำนวน 1 ห้องเรียน ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม (Cluster Random Sampling) ดำเนินการวิจัยโดยใช้แบบแผน การวิจัยเชิงทดลอง (Experimental Research) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนีประสิทธิผล (Effectiveness Index : E.I.) สถิติทดสอบค่าที (t-test  for dependent Samples)

ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้

1. ดัชนีประสิทธิผลของคู่มือการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบวัฏจักรการเรียนรู้ (5E) ร่วมกับการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือที่มีต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนและเจตคติต่อวิชาชีววิทยาโดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 0.55 และเมื่อแยกเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.53 และด้านเจตคติต่อวิชาชีววิทยามีค่าเท่ากับ 0.57
ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้

2. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ที่เรียนโดยใช้คู่มือการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบวัฏจักรการเรียนรู้ (5E) ร่วมกับการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือ มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยหลังเรียน สูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

3. เจตคติต่อวิชาชีววิทยาก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ที่เรียนโดยใช้คู่มือการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบวัฏจักรการเรียนรู้ (5E) ร่วมกับการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือ โดยหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

The purposes of this research were to : 1) find out the effectiveness index of the manual of Inquiry Learning Cycle (5E) in collaboration with Co-operative Learning through effectiveness index criteria from 0.50 upwards, 2) compare the students’ learning achievements of Mathayom Suksa 4 students between before and after learning through the developed manual, and 3) compare the students’ attitudes between before and after being taught by the developed manual. The sampling group was composed of the students from one classroom in Mathayom Suksa 4 students at Uthen Phatthana School under the Office of the Secondary Educational Service Area 22, enrolling in the first semester of academic year 2014. It was selected by Cluster Random Sampling technique. The research was conducted by the experimental research methodology. The statistics employed to analyze the data were mean, standard deviation, Effectiveness Index, and t-test (Dependent Samples).

The research findings were:

1. The Effectiveness Index of the manual of the Inquiry Learning Cycle (5E) in conjunction with Co-operative Learning affecting the students’ learning achievements and attitudes toward the Biology subject, as a whole, was at the mean of 0.55. When each aspect was considered, it was found that the learning achievements were 0.53 and  the attitudes toward the Biology subject were 0.57 which were higher than the set criteria.

2. The students’ learning achievements after being taught by the developed manual were higher than those before learning at the .05 level of significance.

3. The students’ attitudes towards the Biology subject after learning through the developed manual were higher than those before being taught at the .05 level of significance.
