การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจยอมรับกูเกิลแอปส์เพื่อการเรียนการสอน กรณีศึกษา : คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม 2) ศึกษาการตัดสินใจยอมรับกูเกิลแอปส์เพื่อการเรียนการสอน กรณีศึกษา : คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม และ 3) หาแนวทางส่งเสริมการยอมรับกูเกิลแอปส์เพื่อการเรียนการสอน กรณีศึกษา : คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นอาจารย์และนักศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม ประจำปีการศึกษา 2558 รวมจำนวน 482 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่สร้างขึ้นมาใหม่ ผ่านการทดสอบคุณภาพทางด้านความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (Content Validity) โดยสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน

ผลการวิจัยเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการยอมรับกูเกิลแอปส์เพื่อการเรียนการสอนฯ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้านโดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านความคาดหวังในประสิทธิภาพ ด้านความเคยชิน ด้านสภาพสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในการใช้งาน ด้านมูลค่าราคา ด้านอิทธิพลของสังคม ด้านแรงจูงใจด้านความบันเทิง และด้านความคาดหวังในความพยายาม สรุปดังนี้

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจยอมรับกูเกิลแอปส์เพื่อการเรียนการสอนฯ อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีตัวแปรที่มีผลต่อการยอมรับกูเกิลแอปส์เพื่อการเรียนการสอนฯ ทั้งหมด 5 ด้าน เขียนสมการในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน คือ ABS = -0.002 (ด้านความคาดหวังในประสิทธิภาพ) + 0.325 (ด้านความคาดหวังในความพยายาม) + 0.190 (ด้านอิทธิพลของสังคม) + 0.080 (ด้านสภาพสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในการใช้งาน) + 0.198 (ด้านแรงจูงใจด้านความบันเทิง) + 0.064 (ด้านมูลค่าราคา) + 0.164 (ด้านความเคยชิน) 2) การตัดสินใจยอมรับกูเกิลแอปส์เพื่อการเรียนการสอนฯ อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยขั้นตัดสินใจ เป็นอันดับสูงสุด และ 3) แนวทางส่งเสริมการยอมรับกูเกิลแอปส์เพื่อการเรียนการสอนฯ คือ ผู้บริหาร บุคลากรสายวิชาการ บุคลากรสายสนับสนุนการใช้เทคโนโลยี และนักศึกษา เป็นผู้มีบทบาทสำคัญในการทำให้เกิดการยอมรับกูเกิลแอปส์เพื่อการเรียนการสอน ดังนี้ 1) ผู้บริหาร ควรกำหนดนโยบายในการส่งเสริมการใช้กูเกิลแอปส์เพื่อการเรียนการสอนที่ชัดเจน และจัดสรรงบประมาณในการปรับปรุงเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตไร้สาย เพิ่มช่องทางในการเข้าถึงอินเทอร์เน็ตความเร็วสูงให้ครอบคลุมทุกพื้นที่ในมหาวิทยาลัย และการจัดหาวัสดุอุปกรณ์ (Device) ในการเข้าถึงการใช้งาน 2) บุคลากรสายวิชาการ ควรมีความรู้ความเข้าใจและฝึกฝนการใช้งานกูเกิลแอปส์เพื่อการเรียนการสอน 3) บุคลากรสายสนับสนุนการใช้เทคโนโลยี จะต้องจัดทำหลักสูตรเพื่อฝึกอบรมการใช้งานกูเกิลแอปส์เพื่อการเรียนการสอนให้แก่ผู้ใช้งานอย่างทั่วถึง และมีช่องทางในการให้คำปรึกษา และให้ความช่วยเหลือแก่ผู้ใช้งาน รวมถึงการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการใช้และสร้างแรงจูงใจในการใช้งาน  และ 4) นักศึกษา ควรศึกษาหาความรู้และฝึกฝนการใช้งานกูเกิลแอปส์เพื่อการเรียนการสอน เพื่อนำมาปรับใช้ในการเรียนการสอนและในชีวิตประจำวัน

The purposes of this study were 1) to analyze the factors which influenced an acceptance of Google Apps for Education of the teachers and students of Faculty of Education, Nakhon Phanom University, 2) to investigate the level of acceptance of Google Apps for Education by the teacher and students of Faculty of Education, Nakhon Phanom University, 3) to gain guidelines on promoting an acceptance of Google Apps for Education by the teacher and students of Faculty of Education, Nakhon Phanom University. The study was designed to be a survey research. The population and subjects were 482 students and teachers who worked for and studied  In the Faculty of Education, Nakhon Phanom University in 2015 academic year. The instrument was a newly constructed questionnaire which passed an examination of its content validity. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis.

It was found that the factors, as a whole, had the high level of their influences on the students and teacher’s acceptance of Google Apps for Education. On each aspect, these factors (ranked from the highest to lowest level) would resulted in the students and teacher’s acceptance of Google Apps for Education : expectation of the applications easy and convenient, costs and values of the applications, social influences, entertaining incentives, expectation for the attempts.

The results gained were as follows:

1. There were high levels of factors which impacted on the students and teachers’ acceptance of Google Apps for Education. These five variables would result in the acceptance of Google Apps for Education. The equation could be written as the standard rating as the following: ABS = -0.002 (expectation of the applications’ efficiency) +0.325 (expectation for the attempts) +0.190 (social influences) +0.080 (facilities which make the usage of the applications easy and convenient) +0.198 (entertaining incentives) +0.064 (costs and values of the application), and +0.164 (familiarity). 

2. Google Apps for Education were very much accepted by the teachers and students of Faculty of Education. The decision of accepting Google Apps for Education was at the highest level.

3. Guidelines on promoting an acceptance of Google Apps for Education by the teachers and students of Faculty of Education were obtained. The administrators, academic staff, supporting personnel and the students took their important roles to agree that Google Apps for Education for teaching/learning. The guidelines given included: 1) the administration should establish the clear policies for using Google Apps for Education  for teaching/learning; and, they should allocate the budget for improving wireless internet network; increasing internet channels and speed, extending the internet service to cover the whole area of the university, necessary devices must be provided so that internet access is efficiently available; 

2) academic personnel should have knowledge, comprehension of and practice in using teaching/learning; 3) supporting staff of technology department should provide the trained widely, consulting channels should also be attainable in case helps and advice are needed by users, activities which would promote the usage of Google Apps for Education  should be organized, too; 4) students should study to gain more knowledge of Google Apps for Education and they should practice using the apps and adopt their knowledge and skills for their daily uses.
