การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูในการผลิตหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ โรงเรียนราษฎร์สามัคคี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 2) หาแนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูในการผลิตหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์3) เพื่อติดตามผลการพัฒนาศักยภาพครู ในการผลิตหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์โดยการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ (Action Research) จำนวน 2 วงรอบกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่กลุ่มผู้ร่วมวิจัย จำนวน 16 คน และกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล จำนวน 140 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบทดสอบและแบบประเมินคุณภาพหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณใช้ ค่าเฉลี่ยค่าร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและค่าร้อยละความก้าวหน้า  การตรวจสอบข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพทำการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาจัดหมวดหมู่ของเนื้อหาและนำเสนอข้อมูลเชิงพรรณนาวิเคราะห์

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพการผลิตหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ พบว่า ครูส่วนใหญ่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการใช้งานโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้น รู้จักสื่อที่ใช้สำหรับคอมพิวเตอร์ รู้จักหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ แต่ยังไม่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการผลิตหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์และครูต้องการให้มีการส่งเสริมให้ครูพัฒนาตนเองในการผลิตหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ส่วนปัญหาการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูในการผลิตหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ พบว่า ครูขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจและโปรแกรมที่ใช้ในการผลิตหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ยู่ในระดับมาก

2. แนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูในการผลิตหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ โรงเรียนราษฎร์สามัคคีสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2ประกอบด้วย 3 แนวทาง ได้แก่ การประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ การมอบหมายงานและการนิเทศภายใน

3. ผลการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูในการผลิตหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ โรงเรียนราษฎร์สามัคคีสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 พบว่า 1) ผู้ร่วมวิจัยทุกคนมีความรู้ความเข้าใจในการผลิตหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพิ่มมากขึ้น คิดเป็นร้อยละ 45.67 2) มีความพึงพอใจในการจัดประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.13 3) ผลการประเมินคุณภาพหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ 4) นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้หนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

The purposes of this research were to: 1) to examine conditions and problems of teachers’ potential development in the production of electronic books at Radsamakkee School under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area 2;2) toestablish the guidelines forteachers’ potential development in the production of electronic books (e-books); and 3) to follow up the effects after the intervention. The research methodology employed the two-spiral action research. The target participants were 16 co-researchers, and 140 informants. The research instruments comprised a questionnaire form, an interview form, a test, and a quality assessment for e-books. The quantitative data were analyzed by using mean, percentage, standard deviation and percentage of progress. Content analysis was used to analyze the qualitative data, in forms of content classification and descriptive presentation.

The findings were as follows:

1. The conditions of e-book production revealed that teachers had knowledge and understanding of using basic computer programs andmedia used for computers, and recognizede-books. However, teachers reported that they lacked knowledge and understanding about how to create e-books, and expressed their needs for self-development in terms of e-book production. In terms of problems, teachers lacked knowledge and understanding with regard to software programs for e-bookproduction at a high level.

2. The proposed guidelines for teachers’ potential development inthe production of electronic books at Radsamakkee School under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area 2 comprised three means: A workshop,a task assignment, and an internal supervision.

3. The results after the intervention revealed that: 1) Teachers gained knowledge and understanding concerningthe production of electronic books as a whole at a high levelwith the percentage of 45.67; 2) The level of teachers’ satisfaction toward a workshop as a whole was at a high level with the mean scores of 4.13; 3) the result from thequality assessment revealed that the developed electronic books as a wholeachievedthe highest level; and 4) The students also reported their satisfaction toward the use of electronic booksas a whole at a high level.
