การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา  ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของครูกับประสิทธิผลงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 1 โดยจำแนกกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามสถานภาพ เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการมีส่วนร่วมของครูกับประสิทธิผลงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางของเครจซีและมอร์แกน จำนวน 344 คน แยกเป็นผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 86 คน หัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการ 86 คน ครูผู้สอน 176 คน การได้มาของกลุ่มตัวอย่างนี้ใช้การสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการศึกษา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. การมีส่วนร่วมของครูในการบริหารงานวิชาการและประสิทธิผลงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนโดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก

2.การเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานวิชาการและประสิทธิผลงานวิชาการของครูในโรงเรียน จำแนกตามสภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง เพศ และขนาดของโรงเรียน ปรากฏผลดังนี้                     

2.1 การมีส่วนร่วมของครูในการบริหารงานวิชาการและประสิทธิผลงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน จำแนกตาม สถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน

2.2 การมีส่วนร่วมของครูในการบริหารงานวิชาการและประสิทธิผลงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน จำแนกตามเพศ โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน

2.3 การมีส่วนร่วมของครูในการบริหารงานวิชาการและประสิทธิผลงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนจำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน

3. การมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานวิชาการของครูกับประสิทธิผลงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

4. การวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้นำเสนอแนวทางการยกระดับประสิทธิผลงานวิชาการ ของโรงเรียนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำกว่าค่าเฉลี่ยรวม ซึ่งประกอบด้วย ด้านการวางแผนงานด้านวิชาการ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนในสถานศึกษา ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรของสถานศึกษา ด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาในสถานศึกษา ด้านการนิเทศการศึกษา ด้านการส่งเสริมชุมชนให้มีความเข้มแข็งทางวิชาการ ด้านการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนงานวิชาการแก่บุคคล ครอบครัว องค์กร หน่วยงาน สถานประกอบการและสถาบันอื่นที่จัดการศึกษา ด้านการจัดทำระเบียบและแนวปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับงานด้านวิชาการของสถานศึกษา และด้านการพัฒนาและใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา

This study aimed to investigate teachers’ participation and effectiveness of Academic Affairs in schools under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area 1, classified by respondents’ status, and to explore relationship between teachers’ participation and school effectiveness in terms of academic affairs. The school size designation was done through Krejcie and Morgan’s Table. Samples consisted of 86 school administrators, 86 heads of academic affairs, and 176 teachers through a multi-stage random sampling technique. A set of questionnaire was utilized for data collection.

The findings of this study were as follows:

1. The mean scores of teachers’ participation in managing the academic affairs and effectiveness in terms of school academic affairs, as a whole, was at a high level.

2. The comparison between teachers’ participation in the academic affairs management and effectiveness in terms of school academic affairs, classified by position attained, gender, and school size, revealed that:

2.1 The teachers’ participation in managing academic affairs and effectiveness in terms of school academic affairs, classified by position attained, as a whole, was not significantly different. 

2.2 The teachers’ participation in managing academic affairs and effectiveness in terms of school academic affairs, classified by gender, as a whole, showed no significant differences.

2.3 There were no significant differences between teachers’ participation in managing academic affairs and effectiveness in terms of school academic affairs, classified by school size.

3. The teachers’ participation in academic affairs management and effectiveness in terms of school academic affairs gained positive relationship at the .01 level of statistical significance. 

4. The guidelines for upgrading effectiveness of school academic affairs in terms of lower-scoring aspects were proposed, namely academic affairs planning, school instructional management, school curriculum development, research for developing school education quality, educational supervision, community promotion on academic affairs strength, academic promotion and support to individual, family, organization, agency, workplaces, and other educational institutions, regulations and practice guidelines, and educational development and application of technology.
