การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาหลักสูตรเพื่อเสริมสร้างค่านิยมความมีวินัย และความซื่อสัตย์ 2) เปรียบเทียบความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านความมีวินัย และความซื่อสัตย์ ของนักเรียน ระหว่างก่อนและหลังการเรียนรู้ และ 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อหลักสูตรเพื่อเสริมสร้างค่านิยม ความมีวินัย และความซื่อสัตย์ การดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 การกำหนดจุดมุ่งหมาย ระยะที่ 2 การจัดเนื้อหาสาระของหลักสูตร ระยะที่ 3 การนำหลักสูตรไปใช้ ระยะที่ 4 การประเมินและปรับปรุงหลักสูตร กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2/4 โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเทศบาล 3 “ยุติธรรมวิทยา” สังกัดสำนักการศึกษา เทศบาลนครสกลนคร อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสกลนคร ประจำปีการศึกษา 2560 จำนวน 34 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบทดสอบความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสถิติทดสอบที (t-test for dependent samples)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. หลักสูตรเพื่อเสริมสร้างค่านิยมความมีวินัย และความซื่อสัตย์มีองค์ประกอบ 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) จุดมุ่งหมาย 2) เนื้อหาสาระ 3) กระบวนการเรียนรู้ และ 4) การวัดและประเมินผล

2. นักเรียนมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจด้านความมีวินัย และความซื่อสัตย์ ของนักเรียน หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนการเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

3. นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อหลักสูตรเพื่อเสริมสร้างค่านิยมความมีวินัย และความซื่อสัตย์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

The objectives of this study were: 1) to develop a curriculum for enhancing the values of discipline and integrity, 2) to compare knowledge and understanding of discipline and integrity among the students between before and after learning from the curriculum, and 3) to examine students’ satisfaction on the curriculum for enhancing the values of discipline and integrity. The study was divided into 4 phases: phase 1–determining the objectives, phase 2–organizing the curriculum content, phase 3–implementing the curriculum, phase 4–evaluating and improving the curriculum. The sample of this study was 34 second year secondary school students who studied in section 4 at Municipal Secondary School 3 “Yutithamwithaya” under the Office of Education, Sakon Nakhon City Municipality, Mueang district, Sakon Nakhon province in academic year 2017, who were selected by purposive sampling.  The instruments employed in this study consisted of the test of the studnts’ comprehension and the quesfionnaire on attitude. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test for dependent samples.

Findings of the study were revealed as follow:

1. Developing a curriculum to enhance the values of discipline and integrity comprised of 4 components which were 1) objectives, 2) content, 3) learning process, and 4) measurement and evaluation.

2. The students’ knowledge and understanding of disciple and integrity after learning was significantly higher than of which before learning at the .05 level.

3. Students’ satisfaction on the curriculum for enhancing the values of discipline and integrity was at the highest level.
