การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการมีวินัยนักเรียน 2) หาแนวทางการพัฒนาวินัยนักเรียน 3) ติดตามผลการพัฒนาวินัยนักเรียนในโรงเรียนบ้านหนองแปน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา เขต 2 กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ประกอบด้วย ผู้วิจัยและผู้ร่วมวิจัย จำนวน 12 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้วิจัย ครูที่ปรึกษา คณะกรรมการนักเรียน กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล จำนวน 35 คน กลุ่มเป้าหมายการพัฒนา  นักเรียนชั้นอนุบาลปีที่ 1 ถึง นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 จำนวน 187 คน โดยใช้กระบวนการวิจัยจะใช้รูปแบบกระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ วงจรการวิจัยแบบ PAOR  ประกอบด้วย 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นการวางแผน (Planning) ขั้นการปฏิบัติการ (Action)  ขั้นการสังเกตการณ์ (Observation) ขั้นการสะท้อนกลับ (Reflection) ดำเนินการ 2 วงรอบ  เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรม และแบบประเมินพฤติกรรม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน  และการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. ผลการศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการมีวินัยนักเรียนในโรงเรียนบ้านหนองแปน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา เขต 2 พบว่า 1.1) สภาพของการมีวินัยของนักเรียน ผู้เกี่ยวข้องเห็นว่านักเรียนยังไม่มีระเบียบวินัยเท่าที่ควร โดยเฉพาะที่เห็นชัดเจนคือด้านการแต่งกายที่ยังไม่ถูกระเบียบ การนำชายเสื้อออกนอกกางเกง การไม่สวมถุงเท้ารองเท้านักเรียนมาโรงเรียน ใส่รองเท้าเหยียบส้น การทำสีผม ในด้านการตรงต่อเวลา การมาโรงเรียนสาย การไม่เข้าเรียนตรงเวลา ด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ การไม่รับผิดชอบในการทำงาน การไม่ช่วยเพื่อนทำความสะอาดเวรประจำวัน หลีกเลี่ยงการทำความสะอาดบริเวณที่รับผิดชอบ 1.2) ปัญหาเกิดจากทางโรงเรียนได้ดำเนินการเรื่องระเบียบวินัยปกติเหมือนกับโรงเรียนทั่วไปแต่ขาดการทำงานที่เป็นระบบ ขาดความร่วมมือจากบุคลากรอย่างจริงจัง นักเรียนได้รับอิทธิพลจากสื่อต่างๆ การเรียกร้องความสนใจ  การเลียนแบบเพื่อน การไม่เห็นความสำคัญของการมีระเบียบวินัย ขาดการแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติตนให้ถูกระเบียบของโรงเรียน ผู้ปกครองขาดการเอาใจใส่ดูแลบุตรหลานอย่างใกล้ชิด 

2. แนวทางการพัฒนาวินัยนักเรียนในโรงเรียนบ้านหนองแปน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา เขต 2 ใช้ 3 แนวทาง ได้แก่ การประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ การจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาวินัยนักเรียน และการนิเทศติดตามผล

3. ผลการพัฒนาวินัยนักเรียนในโรงเรียนบ้านหนองแปน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา เขต 2 พบว่า นักเรียนกลุ่มเป้าหมาย มีพฤติกรรมด้านการรักษาระเบียบวินัย ด้านการแต่งกาย การตรงต่อเวลา และความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ อยู่ในระดับมาก เป็นไปในทางที่ดีขึ้น ด้านการแต่งกายถูกระเบียบมากขึ้น ไม่นำชายเสื้อออกนอกกางเกง สวมถุงเท้ารองเท้านักเรียนมาโรงเรียน ไม่เหยียบส้นรองเท้า ไม่ทำสีผม ในด้านการตรงต่อเวลา ไม่มาโรงเรียนสาย เข้าเรียนตรงเวลา และด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ มีความรับผิดชอบในการทำงาน ช่วยเพื่อนทำความสะอาดเวรประจำวัน และทำความสะอาดบริเวณที่รับผิดชอบ สร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องทำให้การพัฒนาวินัยนักเรียนของโรงเรียนดำเนินไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และประสิทธิผล

The purposes of this research were 1) to study conditions and problems of student discipline; 2) to find out the guidelines for developing student discipline; 3) to monitor the development of student discipline at Bannongplan School under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area 2) The target group consisted of the researcher and co-researchers, including the researcher, classroom teachers and student committee, and 35 informants. The target group for development involved 187 students from Kindergarten 1 to Mathayomsuksa 3) The two spirals of participatory action research cycles were employed with four stages: planning, action, observation and reflection. The instruments were a set of questionnaire, a form of interview, a form of behavior observation and a form of behavior assessment. Quantitative data were analyzed by mean, percentage, standard deviation. The content analysis was also applied.

The findings of this research were as follows:

1. The conditions and problems of student discipline at Bannongplan School under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area 2 revealed that: 1.1) In terms of conditions, stakeholders agreed that students did not have discipline, for example improper attire: untucked shirt, wearing incorrect school uniform-socks and shoes, unnatural hair coloring, and crushing the back heel counter of the shoe while walking. In terms of punctuality, students were late for class and school. In terms of responsibility, students did not perform tasks assigned in their areas of responsibilities, for example daily cleaning duties for a classroom and cleaning duties of designated areas; 1.2) In terms of problems, the school operated with respect to student discipline as other public schools. The results, however, revealed that the school operation was still unsystematic. The following problems were also found: a lack of teacher cooperation, influence of media on students, attention seeking, imitating friends’ improper behaviors, a lack of motivation to behave in accordance with school discipline regulations, and a lack of closed caring from parents. Moreover, the students did not realize the importance of discipline in school life.

2. The guidelines for developing student discipline at Bannongplan School under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area 2 consisted of 1) A workshop, 2) Student discipline development activities, and 3) Supervision and follow-up.

3. The effects after the intervention revealed that the target group for development improved their behaviors at a high level in terms of maintaining discipline, dress code, punctuality, and responsibilities. Results also indicated satisfied stakeholders could greatly improve school operation for student discipline effectively and efficiently.
