การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการใช้โปรแกรมระบบบริหารสถานศึกษาสำหรับมัธยมศึกษา 2) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาครูในการใช้โปรแกรมระบบบริหารสถานศึกษาสำหรับมัธยมศึกษา และ 3) ศึกษาผลการพัฒนาครูในการใช้โปรแกรมระบบบริหารสถานศึกษาสำหรับมัธยมศึกษา โดยใช้กระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ (Action Research) โดยดำเนินการจำนวน 2 วงรอบ ประกอบด้วย 4 ขั้นตอน คือ การวางแผน การปฏิบัติการ การสังเกตการณ์และการสะท้อนกลับ กลุ่มเป้าหมายของการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ กลุ่มผู้ร่วมวิจัย จำนวน 16 คน และกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลจำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ เอกสารประกอบการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ  แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบบันทึกการประชุม แบบบันทึกผลการปฏิบัติงาน แบบบันทึกการนิเทศภายใน แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับผลการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของบุคลากรในการใช้โปรแกรมระบบบริหารสถานศึกษาสำหรับมัธยมศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพและปัญหาการปฏิบัติงานการใช้โปรแกรมระบบบริหารสถานศึกษาสำหรับมัธยมศึกษา   มีดังนี้

1.1 สภาพ พบว่า โรงเรียนบ้านข่าพิทยาคม ได้นำโปรแกรมระบบบริหารสถานศึกษาสำหรับมัธยมศึกษา มาใช้ในการพัฒนาครู โดยมีการวางแผนการจัดทำปฏิทินไว้ล่วงหน้า รวดเร็ว พร้อมสำหรับการปฏิบัติงาน มีการจัดเตรียมเอกสารไว้บริการอย่างเพียงพอ เป็นระบบและเป็นปัจจุบัน แต่มีระบบการเชื่อมต่ออินเตอร์เน็ตล่าช้า เจ้าหน้าที่มีน้อย/ไม่เพียงพอต่อการให้บริการ อาจเป็นเพราะโรงเรียนบ้านข่าพิทยาคมอยู่ห่างไกลจากที่เป็นศูนย์กลางและอยู่ห่างจากอำเภอทำให้มีปัญหาในการเชื่อมต่อข้อมูลหรือการให้บริการไม่ทันเวลาและทันต่อความต้องการในการใช้โปรแกรมระบบบริหารสถานศึกษาสำหรับมัธยมศึกษา  

1.2 ปัญหา  พบว่า จากการใช้โปรแกรมระบบบริหารสถานศึกษาสำหรับมัธยมศึกษา ครูขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจในกระบวนการการใช้โปรแกรมระบบบริหารสถานศึกษาสำหรับมัธยมศึกษา การปฏิบัติงานไม่เป็นไปตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด มีการใช้วัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่ไม่เหมาะสมกับงาน ขาดเอกสารและคู่มือในการใช้งานโปรแกรมระบบบริหารสถานศึกษาสำหรับมัธยมศึกษา เจ้าหน้าที่ให้คำแนะนำในการกรอกข้อมูลไม่ทั่วถึง อาจเป็นเพราะครูขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจในการใช้ประโยชน์จากโปรแกรมระบบบริหารสถานศึกษาสำหรับมัธยมศึกษา ทำให้ไม่สนใจทำการศึกษาเรียนรู้ และไม่มีการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการในการใช้โปรแกรมระบบบริหารสถานศึกษาสำหรับมัธยมศึกษา อย่างต่อเนื่อง

2. หาแนวทางการพัฒนาครูในการใช้โปรแกรมระบบบริหารสถานศึกษาสำหรับมัธยมศึกษาที่โรงเรียน 

ใช้การพัฒนา 3 แนวทาง ประกอบด้วย 1) การประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ 2) การปฏิบัติงานการใช้โปรแกรมระบบบริหารสถานศึกษาสำหรับมัธยมศึกษา และ 3) การนิเทศภายใน ส่วนในวงรอบที่ 2 ใช้แนวทางพัฒนาโดยการนิเทศแบบให้คำชี้แนะ

3. ผลการพัฒนาครูในการใช้โปรแกรมระบบบริหารสถานศึกษาสำหรับมัธยมศึกษาที่โรงเรียนพบว่า ครูมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการใช้โปรแกรมระบบบริหารสถานศึกษาสำหรับมัธยมศึกษา ซึ่งครอบคลุมงานทะเบียนและประมวลผล 10 รายการ ประกอบด้วย 1) การเข้าสู่ระบบ 2) การเปลี่ยนรหัสผ่าน 3) การกำหนดคะแนนเต็มรายวิชา 4) การบันทึกผลการเรียนระหว่างภาคตามตัวชี้วัด/ ผลการเรียน 5) การบันทึกผลการเรียนกลางภาค 6) การบันทึกผลการเรียนปลายภาค 7) การบันทึกผลการประเมินคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ 8) การบันทึกผลการประเมินการอ่าน คิดวิเคราะห์และเขียน 9) การบันทึกผลการประเมินกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน 10) การออกจากระบบ สามารถนำความรู้ที่ได้มาพัฒนางานทะเบียนและประมวลผลของตนเอง ทำให้การจัดเก็บข้อมูลเป็นระบบเป็นปัจจุบัน ง่ายต่อการสืบค้น ลดภาระงาน สะดวก รวดเร็ว ทันต่อความต้องการของครู นักเรียน ผู้บริหาร และผู้ปกครองที่มาขอใช้บริการ ซึ่งส่งผลดีต่อการบริหารจัดการด้านงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนบ้านข่าพิทยาคม เป็นอย่างดียิ่ง ซึ่งจะเห็นได้จากผลการศึกษาข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมเพื่อสนับสนุนงานวิจัยเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจของครูในการใช้โปรแกรมระบบบริหารสถานศึกษาสำหรับมัธยมศึกษา พบว่า โดยภาพรวม มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก

This study aimed at 1) investigating states and problems of using the Secondary School Grading   System Program, 2) finding out guidelines in developing the teachers on applying the Secondary School Grading System Program, and 3) identifying effects of development of the teachers in using the application of the Secondary School Grading System Program at Ban Kha  Phitthayakhom School under the Office of the Secondary Educational Service Area 22. A  2-spiral action research of 4 stages: planning, action, observation and reflection was employed. The target group consisted of the researcher, 15 co-researchers and 5 informants. Tools used included documents on workshops, a form of interview, a form of meeting minutes, a form of performance record, a form of internal supervision, a questionnaire on opinions toward workshops and a questionnaire on satisfaction of the   personnel provided the Secondary School Grading System  Program. Statistics employed were percentage, mean and standard deviation.

The findings were as follows:

1. The states and problems of the performance on the use of the Secondary School Grading System   Program were:  

1.1 Regarding the states, it was found that the program on the Secondary School Grading System Program was utilized to develop the teachers through the calendar planning in advance with quickness and being ready to be performed. There were materials and equipment prepared because of insufficient budget. The preparation of documents was adequate, systematic and up-to-date but the Internet system was quite slow. The materials and equipment were insufficient because of the shortage of budget. However, the personnel in charge of service seemed to be inadequate for services. This might be because of the distance from school to the district center causing the problem of the Internet connection. The services provided were not up-to-date and did not meet the needs of the Secondary School Grading System Program.

1.2 According to the problems, it was found that the teachers faced a lack of knowledge and understanding in the process of applying the Secondary School Grading System Program, The performance was not consistent with the designated time. The amount of the computer sets used was not adequate for service. The materials and equipment used were not suitable for the tasks. There was also a lack of documents and materials in applying the Secondary School Grading System Program. In addition, the service of the personnel in charge was not covered. 

2. The guidelines of developing the teachers in the performance of using the Secondary School Grading System Program at the school included the following 3 means: 1) a workshop, 2) performance of using the Secondary School Grading System Program, and 3) internal supervision. In the second spiral, coaching supervision was employed.

3. The effects of developing the teachers in the performance on the use of the Secondary School Grading System Program at the school revealed that the teachers were knowledgeable about the use of the Secondary School Grading System Program that covered the registration and evaluation in 10 list consisting of:  1) logging in the system,  2) change of password,  3) designation of full grade, 4) recording of the grade during semester based on indicators, 5) recording of midterm grade, 6) recording of  the final grade, 7) recording of desirable characteristics, 8) recording of the results of reading, analytical thinking and  writing, 9) recording of the evaluation on activities to develop learners, and  10) logging out  of the system.  The effects obtained could be acquired  for developing the data storage in order to be systematic, up-to-date, easy to search for , less in working load, convenient, fast and meeting the needs of the teachers, students, administrators  as well as parents/guardians  who came for the services affecting benefits to the management of academic affairs at the school. This could be observed by the results of additional data to support the research work based on the teachers’ satisfaction upon the application of the Secondary School Grading System Program in order to find that the satisfaction was at the high level.
