การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและแนวทางการพัฒนาจิตอาสาของกลุ่มเยาวชนในโรงเรียนมัธยมสมบูนสะหวัน แขวงสะหวันนะเขต สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว 2) พัฒนาจิตอาสาของกลุ่มเยาวชนในโรงเรียนมัธยมสมบูนสะหวัน 3) ศึกษาผลการทดลองใช้โครงการพัฒนาจิตอาสาของกลุ่มเยาวชนในโรงเรียนมัธยมสมบูนสะหวัน ก่อนและหลังการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมการพัฒนาจิตอาสา กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 35 คน ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น โรงเรียนมัธยมสมบูนสะหวัน เลือกโดยวิธีการสมัครใจเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ที่มีโครงสร้าง และแบบทดสอบการพัฒนาจิตอาสา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ การทดสอบค่าที ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ไม่เป็นอิสระจากกัน (Dependent Samples)

1. สภาพปัญหาการพัฒนาจิตอาสาของกลุ่มเยาวชนในโรงเรียนมัธยมสมบูนสะหวัน แขวงสะหวันนะเขต สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว พบว่า โรงเรียนเคยจัดให้มีกิจกรรมจิตอาสาของนักเรียนในด้านการช่วยเหลือวัด สถานที่ราชการ ผู้ประสบภัยน้ำท่วม และโรงเรียนของตนเองด้วยการร่วมทำความสะอาดบริเวณอาคารและสนามหญ้า แต่กิจกรรมจิตอาสาขาดความต่อเนื่อง การพัฒนาจิตอาสาของกลุ่มเยาวชนเป็นสิ่งจำเป็นที่ครู ผู้ปกครองและผู้บริหารโรงเรียนต้องร่วมมือสนับสนุนการจัดกิจกรรม เพื่อฝึกให้นักเรียนได้รู้จักการเสียสละเพื่อส่วนรวมและชุมชนของตน ก่อให้เกิดความสามัคคี และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับผู้ปกครอง คนในชุมชน ครู/อาจารย์และเพื่อนนักเรียน กิจกรรมที่ใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาจิตอาสาของกลุ่มเยาวชนครอบคลุมดังนี้ 1) กิจกรรมเพื่อช่วยเหลือผู้อื่น 2) กิจกรรมเพื่อพัฒนาสังคม และ 3) กิจกรรมเพื่อเสียสละแก่สังคม ในด้านการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มนั้น ควรมีรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มเยาวชนจิตอาสาในรูปแบบของคณะกรรมการ และมีทีมที่ปรึกษากลุ่มด้วย เพื่อให้บังเกิดผลสัมฤทธิ์ในการจัดกิจกรรม

2. การพัฒนาจิตอาสาของกลุ่มเยาวชนในโรงเรียนมัธยมสมบูนสะหวัน แขวงสะหวันนะเขต สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว ประกอบไปด้วยชุดกิจกรรมฝึกอบรม 3 ชุด ได้แก่ 1) ชุดฝึกอบรมเพื่อการช่วยเหลือผู้อื่น 2) ชุดฝึกอบรมเพื่อการเสียสละต่อสังคม และ 3) ชุดฝึกอบรมเพื่อความมุ่งมั่นต่อการพัฒนาสังคม ซึ่งแต่ละชุดฝึกอบรมประกอบไปด้วย 2 กิจกรรม รวมทั้งสิ้น 6 กิจกรรมด้วยกัน และแต่ละกิจกรรมประกอบด้วย ชื่อชุดฝึกอบรม หัวข้อ เนื้อหา แนวคิด วัตถุประสงค์ กิจกรรมหรือวิธีการดำเนินการ ภาระงานหรือชิ้นงาน สื่อ อุปกรณ์ แหล่งเรียนรู้ ระยะเวลาที่ใช้ฝึกอบรมและการประเมินผล

3. ผลการทดลองใช้โครงการพัฒนาจิตอาสาของกลุ่มเยาวชนในโรงเรียนมัธยมสมบูนสะหวัน แขวงสะหวันนะเขต สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว พบว่า ภายหลังการฝึกอบรมกลุ่มเยาวชนมีจิตอาสาต่อส่วนรวม ผู้อื่น และสังคมสูงกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

The aims of this study were: 1) to investigate the problem state of and a guideline for developing public mind of the youth group in Mathayom Somboonsavan School, Savannakhet province, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, 2) to develop public mind of the youth group in Mathayom Somboonsavan School, and 3) to examine the results of implementing the plan to develop public mind of the youth in Mathayom Somboonsavan School before and after getting trained of public mind development. A sample of 35 was junior high school students in Mathayom Somboonsavan School who volunteered to participate in the activities. The tools used in collecting data were a structured interview guide and a test of public mind. Statistics used in study were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test for dependent samples.

The findings were as follows:

1. The problem state of developing public mind of the youth group in Mathayom Somboonsavan School, Savannakhet province, Lao People’s Democratic Republic showed that the school used to provide public mind activities to students in various aspects of helping the temples, government places, flood victims and their own school with big cleaning. However, the public mind activities lacked continuity. Development of public mind among the youth group is in fact essential. Teachers, parents and school administrators have to support the activity arrangement for training students to learn how to make sacrifices for the public and their own community contributing to unity and good relationship with their parents, people in community, their teachers and fellow students. The activities employed as guidelines for developing public mind of the youth group covered the following: 1) activities for helping others, 2) activities for social development, and 3) activities for making sacrifices for society. In aspect of group management, it must be in the form of committee including consultant group for achieving the activity success.

2. Development of public mind among the youth group in Mathayom Somboonsavan School, Savannakhet province, Lao People’s Democratic Republic comprised 3 training packages: 1) training package for helping others, 2) training package for making sacrifices for society, 3) training package for commitment to social development. Each of all the packages comprised 2 activities and making a total of 6 activities. Each activity consisted of the following: training package title, topic, content, concept, objectives, activity or procedure, workload or piece of work, media, equipment, learning source, training duration, and assessment.

3. The result of developing public mind of the youth group in Mathayoml Somboonsavan School, Savannakhet province, Lao People’s Democratic Republic showed that after getting trained the youth group had significantly higher public mind to the public, others and society than that before getting trained at the .01 level.
