การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบสภาพและปัญหาการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้จำแนกตามสถานภาพ เพศและห้องการสาย และหาแนวทางพัฒนาการจัดการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ของวิทยาลัยครูสะหวันนะเขต สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาวกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร าจารย์และนักศึกษาจำนวน 451 คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า และแบบสอบถามแนวทางการพัฒนาการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ของวิทยาลัยครูสะหวันนะเขต สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาวสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยวิธีการทางสถิติโดยใช้t-testแบบเป็นอิสระจากกัน (Dependent Sample)และ F-test (One Way ANOVA)

ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้

1. สภาพการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ของวิทยาลัยครูสะหวันนะเขต  สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร อาจารย์และนักศึกษาโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านแหล่งเรียนรู้ภายในและด้านแหล่งเรียนรู้ภายนอก

2. ปัญหาการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ของวิทยาลัยครูสะหวันนะเขต สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาวตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร อาจารย์และนักศึกษาโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับ ปานกลางเมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านแหล่งเรียนรู้ภายในและด้านแหล่งเรียนรู้ภายนอก

3. สภาพการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร อาจารย์และนักศึกษาของวิทยาลัยครูสะหวันนะเขต สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับโดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01ส่วนปัญหาการ ใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน

4. สภาพการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร อาจารย์และนักศึกษาที่มีเพศต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสภาพการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05ส่วนปัญหาการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน

5. สภาพและปัญหาการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร อาจารย์และนักศึกษาที่สังกัดห้องการสายต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสภาพการใช้ แหล่งเรียนรู้โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน

6. การวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้นำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ของวิทยาลัยครูสะหวันนะเขต สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว ด้านที่ควรได้รับการพัฒนา ทั้ง 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ แหล่งเรียนรู้ภายในและแหล่งเรียนรู้ภายนอก

The purposes of this study was to investigate, tocomparethe states and problems of the learning resource application at Savannakhet Teachers  College in Lao People's Democratic Republic( LaoPDR) by status, gender and learning substances and to find out guidelines to develop the learning resource  application  at the College. The sampling group in thisstudy  consisted of451 participants including  administrators, teachers and students in  the College. Instruments used comprised a set of rating scale questionnaires and a questionnaire on the guidelines of the learning resource  application in the College. Statistics employed were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test (Dependent Samples) and F-test(One-Way ANOVA).

The findings were as follows: 

1. The states of the learning resource application in the College as perceived by the administrators, teachers and students, as a whole, were at the moderate level, ranking from high to low , including internal learning resources and external resources respectively.                             

2. The overall problems on the use of the learning resources at the College in the opinions of the administrators, teachers and students were at the moderate level ranking from high to low, internal learning resources and external learning resources respectively. 

3. The states of the learning resource application in the perception of the administrators, teachers and students with different status in the College were significantly different atthe.01 level. The problems showed no significant differences.

4. The states of the use on the learning resources at the College as perceived by the administrators, teachers and students with different sex

were significantly different at .05 level. There were no significant differences in the problems of the learning resource application. 

5. The states and problems of the learning resource application in the perception of the administrators, teachers and students of different learning substances at the Collegeshowed no significant differences. 

6. The proposed guidelines on the development of the learning resource application at the College that should be developed included 2 aspects: internal learning resources and external learning resources.
