การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาและตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการส่งเสริมสุขภาพนักเรียนในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 3 การวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 การพัฒนารูปแบบ ดำเนินการโดย 1) ศึกษาแนวคิด ทฤษฎี และเอกสารงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง และ 2) วิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์เอกสารงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง จัดทำกรอบแนวคิด และร่างรูปแบบการส่งเสริมสุขภาพนักเรียน และระยะที่ 2 การตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบ แบ่งการดำเนินงานเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การตรวจสอบร่างรูปแบบโดยนำร่างรูปแบบไปให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 คน พิจารณามีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องอยู่ระหว่าง 0.60-1.00 และ ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหาร และครูอนามัยโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 3 ในปีการศึกษา 2561 จำนวน 200 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.22-0.87 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.97 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. รูปแบบการส่งเสริมสุขภาพนักเรียนมี 3 องค์ประกอบหลัก คือ 1) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อสุขภาพนักเรียน 2) กิจกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพนักเรียน โดยใช้กระบวนการจัดการแบบเดมมิ่ง (PDCA) และ 3) เป้าหมายของการส่งเสริมสุขภาพนักเรียน

2. รูปแบบการส่งเสริมสุขภาพนักเรียนมีความเหมาะสมโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (  = 4.43, S.D. = 0.10)

The objectives of this study were to develop and assess the appropriateness of the author’s health promotion model for students in schools under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The study was divided into 2 phases. Model development was conducted in the first phase by 1) studying relevant concepts, theories, documents and researches and 2) analyzing and synthesizing relevant documents and researches, building research conceptual framework and drafting health promotion model for students. The developed model’s appropriateness assessment was carried out in the second phase within 2 steps. The first step was the assessment of draft model by 5 experts, which yielded IOC between 0.60-1.00 as a result. The second step was the appropriateness assessment on the sample group, which consisted of 200 directors and school health teachers in schools under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 in academic year B.E. 2561 (2018). Data was collected by using a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with discrimination power between 0.22-0.87 and overall reliability value at 0.97. Data was analyzed to determine the percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

The findings were as follows.

1. The author’s health promotion model for students comprises 3 main components, which were 1) factors affecting students’ health; 2) health promotional activities, conducted by using PDCA system and 3) goals of student health promotion.

2. The appropriateness of the authors’ health promotion model for students was at a high level (=4.43, S.D.=0.10)
