การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีการคำนวณแบบคลาวด์ เพื่อสนับสนุนการทำงานบุคลากรวิทยาลัยเทคนิคนครพนม จังหวัดนครพนม 2) วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีการคำนวณแบบคลาวด์ เพื่อสนับสนุนการทำงานบุคลากรวิทยาลัยเทคนิคนครพนม จังหวัดนครพนม และ 3) หาแนวทางส่งเสริมการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีการคำนวณแบบคลาวด์ เพื่อสนับสนุนการทำงานบุคลากรวิทยาลัยเทคนิคนครพนม จังหวัดนครพนม โดยสัมภาษณ์ ผู้บริหารจำนวน 5 คน และเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง  กับระบบงาน จำนวน 19 คน เกี่ยวกับสภาพปัจจุบันและปัญหาการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีการคำนวณแบบคลาวด์ สอบถาม ผู้บริหาร จำนวน  5 คน ครู จำนวน 61 คน และเจ้าหน้าที่ จำนวน 19 คน รวม 85 คน เกี่ยวกับปัจจัยการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีการคำนวณแบบคลาวด์โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม และหาแนวทางส่งเสริมเทคโนโลยีการคำนวณแบบคลาวด์โดยการประชุมกลุ่มย่อย (Focus Group) เชิญผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ด้านเทคโนโลยีและเทคโนโลยีการคำนวณแบบคลาวด์ จำนวน 7 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณจากแบบสอบถาม โดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย การแจกแจงความถี่ และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากการประชุมกลุ่มย่อยโดยวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. วิทยาลัยเทคนิคนครพนมมีนโยบายการนำเทคโนโลยีการคำนวณแบบคลาวด์ มาใช้เพื่อสนับสนุนการทำงานของผู้บริหาร ครู และเจ้าหน้าที่ แต่พบปัญหาในเรื่องความเร็วและความเสถียร ทำให้การทำงานบางอย่างขัดข้อง เช่น การใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ตพร้อมกันหลาย ๆ เครื่องมีความช้าต้องใช้เวลานาน หรือ เข้าถึงข้อมูลไม่ได้เลยบ่อยครั้ง บางครั้งพบปัญหาในการจัดเก็บข้อมูล การจัดเก็บข้อมูล การประมวลข้อมูล และการแสดงผลข้อมูล เป็นต้น

2. ปัจจัยการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีการคำนวณแบบคลาวด์ สนับสนุนการทำงานบุคลากรวิทยาลัยเทคนิคนครพนม จังหวัดนครพนม พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย จำนวน 46 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 54.10 ส่วนใหญ่อายุ 20 – 30 ปี จำนวน 32 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 37.60 ส่วนใหญ่ตำแหน่งครู จำนวน 61 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 71.80 ส่วนใหญ่มีวุฒิทางการศึกษาปริญญาตรี จำนวน 59 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 69.40   ส่วนใหญ่ประสบการณ์ทำงาน ต่ำกว่า 5 ปี จำนวน 37 คน ส่วนใหญ่มีประสบการณ์ใช้เทคโนโลยีการคำนวณแบบคลาวด์ เคยใช้ จำนวน 84 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 98.80 ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีการคำนวณแบบคลาวด์อยู่ในระดับมากทั้งหมด มี 15 ปัจจัย โดยปัจจัยที่อยู่ในระดับมาก 3 ลำดับแรก คือ ปัจจัยด้านความเพลิดเพลินในการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ (  = 4.41, S.D. = 0.69) ปัจจัยด้านการรับรู้ต่อการควบคุมจากภายนอก (  = 4.38,  S.D. = 0.65) และปัจจัยด้านความสนุกสนานที่รับรู้ได้ (  = 4.34, S.D. = 0.66) ตามลำดับ และในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (  = 4.18, S.D. = 0.54)

3. แนวทางส่งเสริมการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีการคำนวณแบบคลาวด์ สนับสนุนการทำงานบุคลากรวิทยาลัยเทคนิคนครพนม จังหวัดนครพนม พบว่า ควรส่งเสริมทุกด้านตามองค์ประกอบของเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ โดยสิ่งที่ควรส่งเสริม 3 อันดับแรก คือ 1) ควรมีระบบเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตที่มีความรวดเร็วและความเสถียร 2) ควรมีระบบ โปรแกรม แอปพลิเคชัน ที่ทันสมัย ใช้งานง่ายและสะดวกสบาย และ 3) ควรจัดประชุมชี้แจง ถ่ายทอดแนวความคิด ความสำคัญ ประโยชน์เกี่ยวกับการใช้เทคโนโลยีการคำนวณแบบคลาวด์แก่บุคลากรทุกคน

The purposes of this research were 1) to investigate the states and problems of the acceptance of Cloud Computing Technology to support the work of personnel at Nakhon Phanom Technical College, Nakhon Phanom Province, 2) to analyze factors in the acceptance of Cloud Computing Technology to support the work of personnel at Nakhon Phanom Technical College, Nakhon Phanom Province, 3) to obtain guidelines on promoting the acceptance of Cloud Computing Technology to support the work of personnel at Nakhon Phanom Technical College, Nakhon Phanom Province. Five administrators and nineteen system operators were interviewed to gain the information about the present states and problems concerning the acceptance of Cloud Computing Technology. Then, 5 administrators, 61 teachers and 19 operational staff equaling 85 respondents in total were asked to respond to the questionnaire about factors in the acceptance of Cloud Computing Technology. Afterwards, 7 specialists had been invited to join the focus group discussion so that guidelines on promoting the acceptance of Cloud Computing Technology could be obtained. The quantitative data collected from the questionnaire was analyzed by using these statistics percentage, mean, frequency, and standard deviation. At the same time, content analysis was adopted to analyze the information gained from group discussion.

The study revealed these results:

1. Nakhon Phanom Technical College had a policy on adopting Cloud Computing Technology to support the work of administrators, teachers, and supportive staff. However, the problems of speed, stability, the overuse of countless users who simultaneously log on the internet could slow down the internet speed, prevent the accessibility of the system or take too much time to log in.  Sometimes, there were problems regarding the data storage, data processing and data display and so on.

2. Regarding the factors in the acceptance of Cloud Computing Technology, the survey revealed that most of the respondents were males (46 respondents = 54.10%). Most of these respondents were between 20 – 30 years old (32 respondents = 37.60%). Most of them were teachers (61 teachers = 71.80%). Most of them carried bachelor’s degrees (59 graduates of bachelor’s degrees = 69.40%). Most of them had less than five years work experience (37 persons=43.52%). Most of them had used Cloud Computing Technology (84 persons = 98.80%). There were 15 factors which contributed to the acceptance of Cloud Computing Technology. The first three most influential factors consisted of the pleasure of using the computer (  = 4.41, S.D. = 0.69), the recognition of external control (  = 4.38, S.D. = 0.65), and the recognized fun and enjoyment (  = 4.34, S.D. = 0.66). As a whole, the factors in the acceptance of Cloud Computing Technology were at the high level (  = 4.18, S.D. = 0.54).

3.  Guidelines to promote the acceptance of Cloud Computing Technology to support the work of personnel at Nakhon Phanom Technical College, Nakhon Phanom Province had been obtained. It was recommended that every aspect or each  component of the information technology should be supported. These first three guidelines were highly recommended and they were ranked from the highest, second highest and third highest degrees of recommendations: there should be a high-speed internet service, 2) there should be modern software, computer programs or applications which are convenient and easy to use, 3) there should be meetings to discuss and transfer of the guidelines and ideas of the importance and the benefits of Cloud Computing Technology for all personnel.
