การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนารูปแบบสมการโครงสร้างเชิงเส้นประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ และ 2) ตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของรูปแบบสมการโครงสร้างเชิงเส้นประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือที่พัฒนาขึ้นกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์การดำเนินการวิจัยมีสองระยะ คือ ระยะแรกเป็นการพัฒนารูปแบบ โดยการศึกษาเอกสาร งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง สัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 8 คน และกรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนดีเด่น 2 โรงเรียน ระยะที่สองเป็นการตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของรูปแบบ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหาร และครูในโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม ปีการศึกษา 2561 จำนวน 756 รูป/คน ได้มาโดยใช้วิธีสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเที่ยงตรงระหว่าง 0.80 – 1.00 มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.41 - 0.95 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.99 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการหาความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Product - Moment Correlation Coefficient) และวิเคราะห์รูปแบบสมการโครงสร้างเชิงเส้นด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. รูปแบบสมการโครงสร้างเชิงเส้นประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ประกอบด้วย 5 ปัจจัย คือ ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง การใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหาร การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วม การทำงานเป็นทีม และประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการ

2. รูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยมีค่า Chi-square = 245.46, df = 340, p-value = 0.99, /df = 0.72, RMSEA = 0.00, GFI = 0.98, AGFI = 0.97 โดยประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการได้รับอิทธิพลทางตรงจากภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงสูงสุด รองลงมา คือ การทำงานเป็นทีม และการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วม ได้รับอิทธิพลทางอ้อมจากการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วม และได้รับอิทธิพลรวมจากภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงสูงสุด รองลงมา คือ การทำงานเป็นทีม โดยตัวแปรในรูปแบบสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของตัวแปรประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการได้ร้อยละ 49.00 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

The objectives of this study were: (1) to develop a linear structural equation model of effectiveness in academic affairs administration of General Buddhist Scripture Schools in the Northeast Region, and (2) to validate the congruence between the developed linear structural equation model and the empirical data. The research was conducted in two phases. The first phase was related to a model development through document inquiries, interviews with eight experts, and a case study of two outstanding schools, while the second phase concerned a model validation. The sample consisted of 756 school administrators and teachers in the General Buddhist Scripture Schools in the 2018 academic year, selected through multi-stage sampling. Data was collected using a set of 5-rating scale questionnaires with Index of Item Objective Congruence ranged from 0.80 to 1.00 and the discriminative power ranged from 0.41 to 0.95 and the reliability of 0.99. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient, and a statistical software package for linear structural equation modelling.

The findings were as follows:

1. The linear structural equation model of effectiveness in academic affairs administration of the General Buddhist Scripture Schools in the Northeast Region consisted of six factors: Transformational leadership, administrator empowerment, participative management, teamwork, and effectiveness in academic affairs administration.

2. The developed model had goodness-of-fit with the empirical data (Chi-square = 245.46, df = 340, p-value = 0.99, /df = 0.72, RMSEA = 0.00, GFI = 0.98, AGFI = 0.97). The effectiveness in academic affairs administration estimated its highest influence directly from transformational leadership, followed by teamwork, and participative management, respectively. The indirect effect was through participative management, whereas transformational leadership estimated
a total effect of its highest influence, followed by teamwork. The said variables could explain the variance of effectiveness in academic affairs administration as 49 percent with a statistical significance at the .01 level.
