การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา เปรียบเทียบ หาความสัมพันธ์ หาอำนาจพยากรณ์ และหาแนวทางการพัฒนาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบึงกาฬ ปีการศึกษา 2558 จำนวน 359 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำนวน 91 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 268 คน จาก 91 โรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) ค่าสหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายของเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test ชนิด Independent Samples) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One – Way ANOVA) และวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเป็นขั้นตอน (Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis)

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

2. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

3. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน ที่มีสถานภาพต่างกัน โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

4. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน ที่มีสถานภาพต่างกัน โดยรวมมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

5. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน ที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในโรงเรียนขนาดต่างกัน โดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้าน ไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน

6. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน ที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในโรงเรียนขนาดต่างกัน โดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้าน ไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน

7. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน ที่มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งต่างกัน โดยรวมมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

8. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน ที่มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งต่างกัน โดยรวมมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

9. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน โดยรวม มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

10. ตัวแปรปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริการโรงเรียน จำนวน 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการกระจายอำนาจ ด้านการสื่อสารในองค์กร และด้านการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วม ที่สามารถพยากรณ์ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยมีอำนาจพยากรณ์ร้อยละ 74.80 และมีความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐานของการพยากรณ์ ± 0.26907

11. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ที่ควรได้รับการพัฒนา จำนวน 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ การกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ การกระจายอำนาจ การสื่อสารในองค์กร และการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วม โดยผู้วิจัยได้นำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาไว้ด้วย

The purposes of this research were to investigate, compare and find out the relationship, predicting power and means for promoting factors affecting the transformational leadership of school Administrators. The samples consisted of 359 teachers included 91 school administrators and 268 teachers under the Office of Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area in the academic year 2015. The instrument used for collecting data was a set of 5 – level rating scale questionnaires developed by the researcher. Statistics employed to analyze data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation, One – Way ANOVA and stepwise multiple regression analysis.

The findings of this study were as follows: 

1. The factors affecting the transformational leadership of school Administrators in the opinions the school administrators and teachers, as a whole, were at the high level.

2. The school administrators’ transformational leadership in the opinions of the school administrators and teachers was at the high level as a whole.

3. The factors affecting the transformational leadership of school administrators in the opinions the school administrators and teachers with different status, as a whole, differed significantly at the .01 level. The perceptions of the school administrators were more than those of the teachers.

4. The transformational leadership of school Administrators in the opinions of the school administrators and teachers with different status, as a whole, differed significantly at the .01 level. The opinions of the school administrators were more than those of the teachers.

5. The factors affecting the transformational leadership of school administrators in the opinions the school administrators and teachers working in the school of different size was not different as a whole.

6. The transformational leadership of school administrators in the opinions the school administrators and teachers working in the school of different size was not different as a whole.

7. The factors affecting the transformational leadership of school administrators in the opinions the school administrators and teachers with different working experiences, as a whole, differed significantly at the .01 level.

8. The transformational leadership of school administrators in the opinions the school administrators and teachers with different working experiences, as a whole, differed significantly at the .01 level.

9. The relationship between the factors affecting and transformational leadership of school administrators showed the positive relationship at the .01 level of significance.

10. The 3 variables on the factors affecting the transformational leadership of school administrators than could predict the transformational leadership of school administrators were at the .01 level of significance with the predicting power of 74.80 percent and standard error of ± 0.26907

11. The researcher proposed the guidelines in development factors affecting of the transformational leadership of school administrators under the Office of Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area comprising four categories: the vision, decentralization, organizational communication, participatory management.
