การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำครูและผลสำเร็จของการจัดการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสกลนคร 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำครูและผลสำเร็จของการจัดการเรียนรู้ จำแนกตามสถานภาพ เพศ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ทำงาน 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำครูกับผลสำเร็จของการจัดการเรียนรู้ 4) วิเคราะห์อำนาจพยากรณ์ของปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำครูที่ผลต่อผลสำเร็จของการจัดการเรียนรู้ 5) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำครูที่ส่งผลต่อผลสำเร็จของการจัดการเรียนรู้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหาร หัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการ และครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสกลนคร ปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 117 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ,ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการใช้วิเคราะห์ t-test (Independent Samples), One-Way-ANOVA (F-test),Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation และStepwise Multiple Regression Analysis

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน หัวหน้าวิชาการ และครูผู้สอน มีความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำครูและผลสำเร็จของการจัดการเรียนรู้ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกข้อ

2. ปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำครูและผลสำเร็จของการจัดการเรียนรู้ ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร หัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการ และครูผู้สอน โดยรวม และรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน 

3. ปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำครูที่ส่งผลต่อผลสำเร็จของการจัดการเรียนรู้ โดยภาพรวมทั้ง 5 ด้าน มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

4. อำนาจพยากรณ์ปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำครูที่ส่งผลต่อผลสำเร็จของการจัดการเรียนรู้ โดยภาพรวม จำนวน 5 ด้าน พบว่า 3 ด้าน ที่สามรถพยากรณ์ปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำครู โดยมีภาพรวมได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 คือ ด้านการมุ่งพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ผู้เรียน ด้านการสนทนาอย่างสร้างสรรค์ และด้านการปฏิบัติงานอย่างไตร่ตรอง โดยมีค่าอำนาจพยากรณ์ร้อยละ 72.20 และมีความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐานของการพยากรณ์ ±.24085

5. แนวทางการพัฒนาปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำครูที่ส่งผลต่อผลสำเร็จของการจัดการเรียนรู้ ที่นำเสนอเพื่อพัฒนามี ทั้งหมด 3 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย ด้านการสนทนาอย่างสร้างสรรค์ ด้านการปฏิบัติงานอย่างไตร่ตรอง และด้านการมุ่งพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ผู้เรียน

The purposes of this research were study 1) to study the Leadership of Teacher factors and the achievement of academic administration 2) to study the achievement of academic administration 3) to study the relationship between the Leadership of Teacher factors and the achievement of academic administrations 4) to analysis the Leadership of Teacher factors affecting the achievement of academic administrations 5) to study the way to develop the Leadership of Teacher factors affecting the achievement of academic administrations The sample of this study consisted of 117 persons from the directors, the head teachers of academic administrations and teachers in schools under Sakon Nakhon Provincial Administrative Organization. The tool employed for data collection was a set of 5 rating-scale Questionnaires and the Reliability is 0.98. The statistics used consisted of F-test, t-test, Pearson’t product Moment Correlation and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. 

The results of the research were as follow 

1. Leadership of Teacher factors that the overall aspect and specific aspect were rated at a high level.

2. The achievement of academic administrations revealed that the overall aspect and specific were rated at a high level.

3. The relationship between Leadership of Teacher factors and the achievement of academic administrations were positively correlated.

4. The leadership of teacher and the achievement of school administration under Sakon Nakhon Provincial Administrative Organization was significantly correlated at .01 level. An equation for prediction of the leadership of teacher of school administration that affect the achievement of academic administration under Sakon Nakhon Provincial Administrative Organization found that the leadership of teacher of school administration was selected by the 3 side are the academic development, the creative talking and the becareful waking as whole was 72.20 percent

5. The way to develop the leadership of teacher factors affecting the achievement of academic administration were 3 sides the creative talking, the becareful working and the academic development.
