การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรมนักเรียน โรงเรียนในเครืออัครสังฆมณฑลท่าแร่-หนองแสง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหาร ครูผู้สอนและครูผู้รับผิดชอบ โรงเรียนในเครืออัครสังฆมณฑลท่าแร่-หนองแสง จำนวน 245 คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง 0.45-0.89 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยโดยใช้ t-test (Independent Samples) และ F-test ชนิดความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรมนักเรียน โรงเรียนในเครืออัครสังฆมณฑลท่าแร่-หนองแสง ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร ครูผู้สอนและครูผู้รับผิดชอบ โดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก

2. การเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรมนักเรียน จำแนกตามเพศ โดยรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน

3. การเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรมนักเรียน จำแนกตามสถานภาพที่ปฏิบัติงาน พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน

4. ประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรม จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่างกัน พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน

5. ประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรมนักเรียน จำแนกตามที่ตั้งอยู่ในสถานที่ต่างกัน พบว่า โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 รายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 คือ ด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน และด้านการวัดและประเมินผลแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 คือ ด้านการบริหารจัดการ ด้านการปลูกฝังคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ด้านการบูรณาการกับวิถีชีวิตทั้งในและนอกโรงเรียน ส่วนด้านการจัดอบรมและพัฒนาครู ไม่แตกต่างกัน

6. ประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรมนักเรียนที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียน จำแนกตามลักษณะการเปิดสอนของโรงเรียน พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน

7. แนวทางในการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรมนักเรียนโรงเรียนในเครืออัครสังฆมณฑลท่าแร่-หนองแสง มี 4 ด้าน ด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านการปลูกฝังคุณธรรมจริยธรรม และด้านการวัดและประเมินผล

The purposes of this research were to study and compare the effectiveness of school operations on students’ moral and ethical promotion in schools under the Archdiocese of Tharae Nongsaeng. The 245 samples consisted of administrators, 
teachers, and teachers in charge. The instrument was a set of 5-point rating scale questionnaires with item discrimination values ranging from 0.45 to 0.89, and the reliability value of 0.96. Statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard
deviation, t-test (Independent Samples), and F-test (One-Way ANOVA).

The results were as follows:

1. The effectiveness of school operations on students’ moral and ethical promotion as perceived by participants as a whole and each aspect was at a high level.

2. The comparison on the effectiveness of school operations on students’ moral and ethical promotion as perceived by participants with different gender as a whole and each aspect showed no differences.

3. The comparison on the effectiveness of school operations on students’ moral and ethical promotion as perceived by participants with different working status as a whole and each aspect showed no differences.

4. The effectiveness of school operations on students’ moral and ethical promotion as perceived by participants with different work experience as a whole and each aspect showed no differences.

5. The effectiveness of school operations on students’ moral and ethical promotion as perceived by participants from different school location, revealed that as a whole there was different at statistically significant level of .01. When considering in each aspect, the aspects in terms of environmental management, teaching and learning management, and measurement and evaluation, were at the statistical significance level of .01. In addition, there was statistical significance level of .05 among the following aspects: school management, cultivation of morality and ethics, students’ integration inside and outside school. In terms of teacher training and development aspect, there was no different. 

6. The effectiveness of school operations for students’ moral and ethical promotion as perceived by participants from different types of schools, as a whole and each aspect was no different.

7. The proposed guidelines for developing school operations on students’ moral and ethical promotion in schools under the Archdiocese of Tharae Nongsaeng consisted of four aspects: environmental management, teaching and learning management, cultivation of morality and ethics, and measurement and evaluation.
