การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อพัฒนาและหาประสิทธิภาพของชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 75/75 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการพูดภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียน ระหว่างก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนด้วยชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนและ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนต่อชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 จำนวน 30 คน ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2558 โรงเรียนร่มเกล้า อำเภอโคกศรีสุพรรณ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 23 ซึ่งได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน แบบทดสอบวัดความสามารถในการพูดภาษาอังกฤษ แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที (t-test ชนิด Dependent Samples)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้เทคนิคละครเพื่อพัฒนาความสามารถในการพูดภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 มีประสิทธิภาพ 78.28/77.90 สูงกว่าเกณฑ์ 75/75 ที่ตั้งไว้ 

2. ความสามารถในการพูดภาษาอังกฤษหลังการใช้ชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้เทคนิคละครของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 สูงกว่าก่อนใช้ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

3. ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนต่อชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นอยู่ในระดับมาก

The purposes of this study were the following: 1) to develop the instructional activity packages and to discover their efficiency on the basis of the criteria set at 75/75, 2) to compare the students' English speaking abilities obtained before and after learning through the developed instructional activity packages, and 3) to investigate the students' satisfaction of the developed instructional activity packages. The subjects were 30 Mathayom Suksa 4 students who were studying in the second semester of 2015 academic year at Rom Klao School, Khok Sri Suphan District under the jurisdiction of the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 23. They were obtained through cluster sampling. The instruments employed for data collection were the instructional activity packages, the test to examine the students' English speaking abilities, and a questionnaire to survey the students' satisfaction. The statistics used for data analysis and hypotheses testing included percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t- test (Dependent Samples).

The study unveiled these results:

1. The instructional activity packages contained their efficiency of 78.28/77.90 which was higher than the established criteria of 75/75.

2. After the students had learnt through the instructional activity packages using drama techniques, their English speaking abilities were statistically higher than those of before at .01 level of significance.

3. The students' satisfaction of the developed instructional activity packages was at the high level.
