การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ  1)  พัฒนาและหาประสิทธิภาพของกิจกรรมชุมนุมดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์พื้นบ้านอีสาน สำหรับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80  2)  เปรียบเทียบความรู้ความเข้าใจของนักเรียนเกี่ยวกับดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์พื้นบ้านอีสาน ระหว่างก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนด้วยกิจกรรมชุมนุมดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์พื้นบ้านอีสาน  3)  เปรียบเทียบทักษะปฏิบัติดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์พื้นบ้านอีสาน ระหว่างก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนด้วยกิจกรรมชุมนุมดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์พื้นบ้านอีสาน และ  4)  ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อกิจกรรมชุมนุมดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์พื้นบ้านอีสาน สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2558 โรงเรียนบ้านเหล่าผักใส่ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนครเขต 3 จำนวน 30 คน ซึ่งไดมาโดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) 

เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย  1)  แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ชุมนุมดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์พื้นบ้านอีสาน สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น จำนวน 15 แผน 2)  แบบทดสอบวัดความรู้ ความเข้าใจในเรื่องเกี่ยวกับดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์พื้นบ้านอีสาน เป็นแบบปรนัยเลือกตอบ ชนิด 4  ตัวเลือก  จำนวน 20 ข้อ  3)  แบบวัดทักษะปฏิบัติดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์พื้นบ้านอีสาน จำนวน 2 ข้อ ๆ ละ 10 คะแนน และ  4)  แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อกิจกรรมชุมนุมดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์พื้นบ้านอีสาน สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น  สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล  คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที (t-test Dependent Samples)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1.  กิจกรรมชุมนุมดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์พื้นบ้านอีสาน สำหรับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น มีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 82.84/ 81.00 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 ที่ตั้งไว้

2.  นักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยกิจกรรมชุมนุมดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์พื้นบ้านอีสาน สำหรับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเรื่อง ดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์พื้นบ้านอีสาน หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญสถิติที่ระดับ.01

3.  นักเรียนที่เรียนกิจกรรมชุมนุมดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์พื้นบ้านอีสาน มีทักษะปฏิบัติดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์พื้นบ้านอีสาน หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญสถิติที่ระดับ.01

4.  นักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยกิจกรรมชุมนุมดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์พื้นบ้านอีสาน สำหรับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น มีความพึงพอใจต่อกิจกรรมชุมนุมดนตรีและนาฏศิลป์พื้นบ้านอีสาน โดยรวม  อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด  (X̅ , S.D.=0.46)

The purposes of this study were; 1) to develop and find efficiency of activities on the Northeastern Folk Music and Performing Arts Club for lower secondary students  according to the set criterion of 80/80, 2) to compare the lower secondary students’ knowledge and understanding of the Northeastern folk music and performing arts between before and after learning through the learning activities on the Northeastern Folk Music and Performing Arts Club, 3) to compare the performing arts and music practice skills between before and after learning, and 4) to examine lower secondary students’ satisfaction with learning activities on the Northeastern Folk Music and Performing Arts Club for lower secondary students. A sample used as selected by purposive sampling was 30 lower secondary students enrolling in the first  semester of academic year 2015 at Ban Lao Phak Sai School under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area 3. 

The instruments used included; 1) 15 learning activities plans  of  the Northeastern Folk Music and Performing Arts Club for lower secondary students , 2) 20 items with  4-choice objective test of knowledge and understanding of the Northeastern folk music and performing arts, 3) a 2-item test of the performing arts and music practice skills with 10 points for each item, and 4) The questionnaire asking the lower secondary students’ satisfaction with learning activities on the Northeastern Folk Music and Performing Arts Club. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, percentage, standard deviation, and t-test (Dependent Samples).

The findings revealed as follows. 

1. The activities on the Northeastern Folk Music and Performing Arts Club for lower secondary students had efficiency of 82.84/81.00, which meet  the criteria  standard of 80/80.

2. After learning, the lower secondary students had significantly higher knowledge and understanding of the Northeastern folk music and performing arts than that before learning at the .01 level of significance.

3. The Northeastern performing arts and music practice skills of the lower secondary students after learning were significantly higher than those before learning at the .01 level of significance.

4. The students were satisfied with the learning activities on the Northeastern Folk Music and Performing Arts Club at highest level (mean = 4.70, S.D. = 0.46).
