การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพ ปัญหาในการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของครู 2) หาแนวทางในการพัฒนาศักยภาพการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของครู 3) ติดตามผลการพัฒนาศักยภาพการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของครู โรงเรียนโพธิแสนวิทยา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 23 โดยใช้กระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ (Action Research) ดำเนินการ 2 วงรอบ ประกอบด้วย 4 ขั้นตอนคือ 1) การวางแผน(Planing) 2) การปฏิบัติการ(Action) 3)การสังเกตการณ์ (Observation) และ 4) การสะท้อนกลับ (Reflection) กลุ่มเป้าหมายของการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ กลุ่มผู้ร่วมวิจัยประกอบด้วยผู้วิจัยและผู้ร่วมวิจัย รวม 16คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่ แบบทดสอบ แบบสังเกต แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบประเมิน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณใช้สถิติค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและนำเสนอเชิงพรรณนาวิเคราะห์

ผลการวิจัย

1. สภาพ และปัญหาการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของครูโรงเรียนโพธิแสนวิทยาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 23พบว่า

1.1สภาพการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของครูนำกระบวนการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนมาใช้ในการแก้ปัญหาและพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนในกระบวนการเรียนการสอนน้อย มีภาระงานมาก มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนไม่เพียงพอ

1.2 ปัญหาการดำเนินการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน พบว่า ครูขาดทักษะในการสร้างเครื่องมือหรือพัฒนานวัตกรรมขาดงบประมาณในการสนับสนุนขาดการนิเทศอย่างต่อเนื่อง ประสบการณ์ด้านการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนน้อย

2.แนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูในการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียน พบว่า ในวงรอบที่ 1 ใช้แนวทางการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ และการนิเทศภายใน ส่วนในวงรอบที่ 2ใช้การนิเทศภายใน  เพื่อติดตามผลการพัฒนา การให้คำปรึกษา แนะนำ โดยกลุ่มผู้นิเทศ

3.ผลการพัฒนาทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูในการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียน โรงเรียนโพธิแสนวิทยา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 23 พบว่า

3.1 กลุ่มผู้ร่วมวิจัย มีศักยภาพในการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียน เพิ่มมากขึ้น พิจารณาจากผลการประเมินก่อนการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ20.44คะแนนคิดเป็นร้อยละ 68.13 และผลการประเมินหลังการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ26.00 คะแนน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 86.67 จึงมีค่าร้อยละความก้าวหน้าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ18.54

3.2 กลุ่มผู้ร่วมวิจัยสามารถทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนได้ทุกคนๆละ 1 เรื่อง รวม 16 เรื่อง ผู้ร่วมวิจัยมีศักยภาพเกี่ยวกับการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนเพิ่มมากขึ้น

The purposes of this study were to1) investigate states and problems in conducting classroom action research. 2) to seek for guidelines for developing the teachers’ potentiality in conducting classroom action research, and 3) to monitor the development of the teachers’ competence  in doing classroom action research at Phothisaen Witthaya School under the Office of the Secondary Educational Service  Area 23. This study employed two spirals of a four- stage action research process composing of planning, action, observation and reflection. The target group consisted of the researcher and 16co-researchers.The instruments used in the study were a test,  a form of observation, a form of interview and a form of assessment. The statistics applied for analyzing quantitative data were mean, percentage and standard deviation. Content analysis was employed in forms of content classification and descriptive presentation.

The findings of this study were as follows:

1. The states and problems of the teachers’ competency in conducting the classroom action research at Phothisaen Witthaya School could be concluded that:

1.1 The states revealed that the teachers didless in conducting the classroom action research for solving and developing their teaching and learning process. There were lots of responsibilities and they obtained the insufficient

 knowledge on doing the classroom action research as well.

1.2 The problems indicated that the teacher encountered an expertise in building tools or, developing the innovation. They also lacked supportive budget, continuity of supervision as well as experiences in doing the classroom action research.

2. The guidelines for developing the teachers' potentiality in doing classroom action research revealed that the first spiral included a workshop and an internal supervision. In the second spiral, the internal supervision was used to monitor the development effects through suggestions and consultations of the supervisors. 

3. The effects of the monitoring on the teachers’ competence development in doing the classroom action research at Phothisaen Witthaya School indicated that:

3.1 The co-researchers considered through an evaluation gained an increase in knowledge on doing the classroom action research as follows : before the workshop with the mean of 20.44 or 68.13 percent; after the workshop with the mean of 26.00 or 86.67 percent and Percentage of Progress of 18.54.

3.2 Each of the co-researchers was able to do classroom action research at least 1 topic, and 16 topics altogether. The co-researchers’ competency   of doing the classroom action research was at a higher level.
