การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา เปรียบเทียบ หาความสัมพันธ์และอำนาจพยากรณ์ ระหว่างปัจจัยการบริหารงานกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการ       ในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 22 ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน หัวหน้างานวิชาการ ครูผู้สอน และประธานคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา     ขั้นพื้นฐาน และหาแนวทางพัฒนาปัจจัยการบริหารงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน หัวหน้างานวิชาการ ครูผู้สอน และประธานคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 359 คน โดยใช้การคำนวณจากตารางของเครจซี่ และมอร์แกน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลครั้งนี้เป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่าประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (%) ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย( ) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายของเพียร์สัน (Pearson's Product Moment Correlation) และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ (Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis)

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. ปัจจัยการบริหารงาน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน หัวหน้างานวิชาการ ครูผู้สอน และประธานคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

2. ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการ ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน หัวหน้างานวิชาการ ครูผู้สอน และประธานคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

3. ปัจจัยการบริหารงาน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน หัวหน้างานวิชาการ ครูผู้สอน ประธานคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง ขนาดของโรงเรียน และจังหวัดที่ตั้งของโรงเรียน พบว่า

3.1 ผู้ที่มีสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่งแตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยการบริหารงาน แตกต่างกัน

3.2 ผู้ที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดแตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยการบริหารงาน ไม่แตกต่างกัน

3.3 ผู้ที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในจังหวัดที่ตั้งของโรงเรียนแตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยการบริหารงาน ไม่แตกต่างกัน

4. ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการ ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน หัวหน้างานวิชาการ ครูผู้สอน ประธานคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง ขนาดของโรงเรียน และจังหวัดที่ตั้งของโรงเรียน พบว่า

4.1 ผู้ที่มีสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่งแตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียน ไม่แตกต่างกัน

4.2 ผู้ที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดแตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียน ไม่แตกต่างกัน

4.3 ผู้ที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในจังหวัดที่ตั้งของโรงเรียนแตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียนไม่แตกต่างกัน

5. ปัจจัยการบริหารงานกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียน มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

6. ปัจจัยการบริหารงาน ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมของโรงเรียน ด้านผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ด้านครูผู้สอน ด้านผู้ปกครองและชุมชน ด้านงบประมาณ มีอำนาจพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 - .01

7. การวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้นำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาปัจจัยการบริหารงาน ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมของโรงเรียน ด้านผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ด้านครูผู้สอน ด้านผู้ปกครองและชุมชน ด้านงบประมาณ ไว้ด้วย

The purpose of this research was to study compare and find out the relationship, predicting power for promoting the Factors of Administration and effectiveness of Academic Administration in Schools administrators under the Office of the Secondary Educational Service Area 22 and find out guidelines for developing the Factors of Administration. The samples total were 359 people consisted of school administrators, head of academics department, teachers and chairmen of basic education from 65 schools The instrument used for collecting data was a set of 5 - level rating scale questionnaires developed by the researcher. Statistics employed to analyze data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's Product Moment Correlation, One - Way ANOVA and stepwise multiple regression analysis.

The findings of this study were as follows:

1. The Factors of Administration according to the opinion of the school administrators, heads of academic department, teachers and chairmen of basic education was totally at the high level.

2. The effectiveness of academic administration according to the opinion of the school administrators, heads of academic department, teachers and chairmen of basic education was totally at the high level.

3. The factors of Administration according to the opinion of the school administrators, heads of academic department, teachers and chairmen of basic education analyzed by status of holding positions, sizes of the schools, and provincial locations found that 

3.1 The people who have different status of holding positions have the different opinion of the factors of administration.

3.2 The people who work in the different sizes of the schools haven’t the different opinion of the factors of administration. 

3.3 The people who work in different provincial locations haven’t the different opinion of the factors of administration.

4. The effectiveness of academic administration according to the opinion of the school administrators, heads of academic department, teachers and chairmen of basic education analyzed by status of holding positions, sizes of the schools, and provincial locations found that

4.1 The people who have different status of holding positions haven’t the different opinion of the effectiveness of academic administration in the schools.

4.2 The people who work in the different sizes of the schools haven’t the different opinion of the effectiveness of academic administration in the schools.

4.3 The people who work in different provincial locations haven’t the different opinion of the effectiveness of academic administration in the schools. 

5. The factors of administration, and the effectiveness of academic administration in the schools have positive relation at a .01 level of significance.

6. The factors of administration in the environment in schools, the school administrators, the teachers, the guardians, and communities, and budgets have predictive power in the effectiveness of academic administration in the schools at a .05 -.01 level of significance.

7. This study, gave the guidelines for developing the factors of administration, the environment in schools, the school administrators, teachers, the guardians and communities, and budgets.
