การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1)ศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษบูรณาการแบบสอดแทรกของครู โรงเรียนชุมชนดงม่วงไข่ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2  2) หาแนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษบูรณาการแบบสอดแทรก  และ 3) ติดตามผลการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษบูรณาการแบบสอดแทรก โดยใช้กระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม ดำเนินการ 2 วงรอบ แต่ละวงรอบประกอบด้วย 4 ขั้นตอน คือ การวางแผน การปฏิบัติการ การสังเกตการณ์ และการสะท้อนกลับ กลุ่มเป้าหมายของการวิจัยประกอบด้วย ผู้วิจัยและผู้ร่วมวิจัย จำนวน 9 คน และกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล จำนวน 38 คน ผู้วิจัยได้ดำเนินการวิจัย ระหว่างเดือน ตุลาคม 2560 ถึงเดือนมกราคม 2561 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบประเมิน แบบสังเกต แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบบันทึก การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การตรวจสอบข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพทำการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา จัดหมวดหมู่ของเนื้อหาและนำเสนอข้อมูลเชิงพรรณาวิเคราะห์

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพและปัญหาในการจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษบูรณาการแบบสอดแทรก พบว่า 1)ครูขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจทักษะกระบวนการเขียนแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษบูรณาการแบบสอดแทรก โดยถือว่าเป็นเรื่องยากสำหรับครูที่ไม่ได้สอนภาษาอังกฤษเป็นวิชาหลัก จึงทำให้การจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษบูรณาการแบบสอดแทรกยังไม่เกิดประสิทธิผลเท่าที่ควร 2)นักเรียนมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน (ตัวบ่งชี้ที่ 5 ของ สมศ.) มีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับพอใช้ ผลการทดสอบระดับชาติขั้นพื้นฐาน (O-NET) ระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 และชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยต่ำกว่าทุกระดับ

2. แนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษบูรณาการแบบสอดแทรก ประกอบด้วย การอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ การเขียนแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษบูรณาการแบบสอดแทรก และการนิเทศภายใน

3. ผลการพัฒนาศักยภาพครู ในการจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษบูรณาการแบบสอดแทรก พบว่า 1) ครูมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ มีการปรับปรุงการเขียนแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษบูรณาการแบบสอดแทรก 2) ครูมีความสามารถจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษบูรณาการแบบสอดแทรกอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม ก่อให้เกิดการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้บูรณาการแบบสอดแทรก ได้ตรงตามความมุ่งหมายของการดำเนินการวิจัยอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) ผู้เรียนมีความกล้าแสดงออกในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษทั้งในและนอกห้องเรียน

The purposes of this research were to 1) examine conditions and problems concerning integrated learning management (infusion) in English Language at Choomchon Dongmuengkai School under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area 2; 2) Identify the guidelines for developing teachers’ competence on integrated learning management (infusion) in English Language; and  3) follow up the effects after the intervention. The research methodology employed was a two-spiral participatory action research, with each cycle comprising four stages of planning, action, observation and reflection. The target group comprised a total of nine participants, including a researcher and co-researchers, and 38 informants. The research was conducted from October 2017 to January 2018. The research instruments comprised assessment forms, observation forms, interview forms, and written records. The quantitative data were analyzed by using mean, percentage and standard deviation. Content analysis was used to analyze the qualitative data, in forms of content classification and descriptive presentation.

The findings were as follows:

1. The conditions and problems with respect to integrated learning management (infusion) in English Language revealed that: 1) teachers encountered a lack of knowledge, understanding and process skills concerning written lesson plans using integrated learning management (infusion) in English Language. These would be challenging conditions for teachers who did not teach English as their core subject, and affected the effectiveness of infusion; 2) The students’ learning achievement in accordance with the fifth Indicator of the Office for National Education Standards and Quality Assessment (ONESQA) was at a fair level. In addition, the results from Ordinary National Education Test (O-NET) of Prathomsuksa 6 and Mathayomsuksa 3 reported a low level of mean scores at all levels.

2. The proposed guidelines for developing teachers’ potential on integrated learning management (infusion) in English Language involved a training workshop, writing lesson plans based on integrated learning management (infusion) in English Language, and an internal supervision.

3. The effects after the intervention revealed that: 1) Teachers gained knowledge, understanding and were able to refine written lesson plans using integrated learning management (infusion) in English Language; 2) Teachers have made a concrete approach for integrated learning management (infusion) in English Language. As a result, the said approach has been developed to meet the research objectives effectively at a high level in overall; and 3) Learners showed increasing confidence levels in using English, both inside and outside the classroom.
