การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน และปัญหาในการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครู ที่เน้นทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ 2) พัฒนาครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ ที่เน้นทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ตามทางเลือกและแผนปฏิบัติการร่วมกัน และ 3) ติดตามผลการพัฒนาครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ ที่เน้นทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ โรงเรียนหนองแวงวิทยานุกูลสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 22

กลุ่มเป้าหมายในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ประกอบไปด้วย ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน ครู และนักเรียนโรงเรียนหนองแวงวิทยานุกูล จำแนกเป็น กลุ่มผู้ร่วมวิจัยจำนวน 19 คน กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลจำนวน 57 คน โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมโดยมีรูปแบบกระบวนการดำเนินงานวิจัยเป็น 3 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 การเตรียมการวิจัย ระยะที่ 2 การปฏิบัติการวิจัย 2 วงรอบและระยะที่ 3 การสรุปผลการพัฒนา เครื่องมือวิจัยที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามแบบประเมินตนเองแบบสังเกตพฤติกรรม แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบบันทึกการนิเทศ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ส่วนค่าสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพปัจจุบัน และปัญหาในการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครู ที่เน้นทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ โรงเรียนหนองแวงวิทยานุกูล มีดังนี้ 1) สภาพปัจจุบันในการจัดการเรียนรู้ คือ ครูมีการจัดการเรียนรู้ไม่ได้มุ่งเน้นให้นักเรียนเกิดทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ ทำให้นักเรียนขาดการเชื่อมโยงและการสร้างองค์ความรู้ด้วยตนเอง 2) ปัญหาในการจัดการเรียนรู้ คือ ครูไม่ได้รับการพัฒนาในการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่มุ่งเน้นให้ผู้เรียนเกิดทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ และครูขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจในการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์

2. การพัฒนาครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ ที่เน้นทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ตามทางเลือกและแผนปฏิบัติการร่วมกัน ในวงรอบที่ 1 ใช้แนวทางการพัฒนาประกอบด้วย 1) การประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ 2) การนิเทศติดตาม และในวงรอบที่ 2 ใช้แนวทางการพัฒนาคือการนิเทศแบบให้คำชี้แนะ

3. ผลการติดตามการพัฒนาครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ ที่เน้นทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ พบว่า 1) ครูมีความรู้ความเข้าใจในการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) ครูสามารถเขียนแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ ที่เน้นทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดและ 3) การพัฒนาครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ส่งผลให้นักเรียนเกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงพฤติกรรมการเรียนรู้ ที่เน้นทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

The purposes of this research were: 1) to investigate current conditions and problems concerning teachers’ learning management emphasizing critical thinking at NongWeangWitthayanukul School under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 22; 2) to develop teachers in learning managementemphasizing critical thinking, and 3) to follow up the development ofteachers in learning management emphasizing critical thinking.

The target group consisted of school directors, teachers and students at NongWeangWitthayanukul School under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 22, comprising 16 co-researchers and 57 informants.The research employed Participatory Action Research consisting of three stages: Stage I was related to research preparation; Stage II was related to conducting research withtwo spirals; andStage IIIwas related to summarizing the resultsafter theintervention. The instruments used for data collection were a set of questionnaires, a form of self-assessment, a form of behaviors’observation, a form of interview, and a supervision record form. Content analysis was employed for qualitative data in forms of content classification and descriptive presentation. Quantitative datawere analyzed by mean, percentage, and standard deviation.

The findings of this research were as follows:

1. The current conditions and problems concerningteachers in learning managementemphasizing critical thinking at NongWeangWitthayanukul School revealed that: 1) In terms of current conditions, teachers did not incorporate critical thinking into their learning management. Therefore, the teachers agreed that a lack of chance to practice critical thinking caused the students’ constraints in improving their knowledge construction; and 2) In terms of problems, teachers have not been trained for learning managementemphasizing critical thinking.Teachers also lacked of precise knowledge and comprehension inlearning management focusing on critical thinking.

2. The development of teachers in learning managementEmphasizing critical thinking was carried out in accordance with amutually agreed– upon option and action plan in the first spiral comprising: 1) a workshop, and 2) a supervision monitoring. In the second spiral, a coaching supervision was employed.

3. The effects after the intervention showed that: 1) Teachers gained knowledge and understanding on learning management emphasizing critical thinking at the highest level, 2) Teachers were able to write lesson plans emphasizing critical thinking at the highest level, and 3) The development of teachers in learning management had a profound effect on students’ learning behaviors in terms of critical thinking at the highest level.
