วัตถุประสงค์และวิธีการดำเนินการวิจัย 1) ศึกษาสภาพ และปัญหาการส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรวมในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดนครพนม2) เปรียบเทียบสภาพและปัญหาการจัดการเรียนรวมในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดนครพนม จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่งลักษณะของการเปิดสอนวิชาเอกที่สำเร็จการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ในการจัดการเรียนรวม และ 3) หาแนวทางการส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรวมในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดนครพนม   กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน  ครูผู้รับผิดชอบงานเรียนรวม จำนวน 362 คน จาก 181 โรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย    เป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ ค่าสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบ สมมติฐาน F-testและสถิติทดสอบสมมติฐาน (t-test)

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. สภาพการส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรวมในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดนครพนม อยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนปัญหาการส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย

2. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และครูผู้รับผิดชอบงานเรียนรวม จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง พบว่า มีความคิดเห็นในสภาพและปัญหาการส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรวม โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน

3. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และครูผู้รับผิดชอบงานเรียนรวมจำแนกตามลักษณะของการเปิดสอนในโรงเรียน มีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพและปัญหาการส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรวมโดยรวมพบว่า มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกัน

4. ครูผู้รับผิดชอบงานเรียนรวม จำแนกตามลักษณะวิชาเอกที่สำเร็จการศึกษา มีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพและปัญหาการส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรวมแตกต่างกัน

5. ครูผู้รับผิดชอบงานเรียนรวม จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการจัดการเรียนการสอน มีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพและปัญหาการส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรวม แตกต่างกัน

6. แนวทางการส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรวมในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดนครพนม คือ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่จะต้องนำมาส่งเสริมพัฒนา

The purposes of this research were to:1) investigate conditions and problems in promoting inclusive classroom management in schools under Nakhon Phanom Provincial Education Office,2)compare conditions and problems in promoting inclusive classroom management in schools, classified by position, types of school program provision, academic major and inclusive classroom managementexperience, and 3) establish the guidelines for promoting inclusive classroom management. The samples consisted of 362 school directors and teachers in charge of inclusive classroom drawn from 181 schools.  The research instruments were a set of questionnaires and a form of interview. Statistics for data collection comprised percentage, mean, standard deviation, F-test and t-test (Independent Samples).

The findings were as follows:

1. The conditionsconcerning the promotion of inclusive classroom management in schools under Nakhon Phanom Provincial Education Office were at a high level, whereas the problems as a whole and each aspect were at a low level.

2. School directors and teachers in charge of inclusive classroom with different position reported that conditions and problems for promoting inclusive classroom management as a whole and each aspect were not different.

3. School directors and teachers in charge of inclusive classroom working in different types of school program provisionreported that their opinions as a whole were different toward conditions and problems for promoting inclusive classroom management.

4. The teachers in charge of inclusive classroom with different academic major reported that their opinions were different concerning conditions and problems in promoting inclusive classroom management.

5. Teachers in charge of inclusive classroom management classified by teaching experience addressed their opinions differently concerning conditions and problems in promoting inclusive classroom management.

6. The guidelines for promoting inclusive classroom management in schools under Nakhon Phanom Provincial Education Office were proposed and identified the aspect needing improvement in terms of teaching and learning.
