การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) พัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้จิตวิญญาณความเป็นครู ของครูสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน และ 2) ทดสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันของตัวบ่งชี้จิตวิญญาณความเป็นครู ของครูสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานที่พัฒนาขึ้นกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ การดำเนินการวิจัย  มี 3 ระยะ ประกอบด้วย ระยะที่ 1 การกำหนดกรอบแนวคิดการวิจัย โดยศึกษาเอกสาร งานวิจัย และการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน ระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้จิตวิญญาณความเป็นครู โดยสอบถามผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 17 คน ใช้เทคนิคเดลฟายแบบปรับปรุง 3 รอบ และระยะที่ 3 การทดสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลโครงสร้างตัวบ่งชี้จิตวิญญาณความเป็นครู ของครูสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นครูที่ได้รับคัดเลือกในโครงการครูดีในดวงใจของคุรุสภา และโครงการยอดครูผู้มีอุดมการณ์และ จิตวิญญาณครู ประจำปี 2555 – 2557 จำนวน 535 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการหาค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันด้วยโปรแกรมลิสเรล

ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้

1. จิตวิญญาณความเป็นครู ของครูสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ประกอบด้วย 7 องค์ประกอบหลัก 23 องค์ประกอบย่อย และ 135 ตัวบ่งชี้ ประกอบด้วย ด้านความผูกพันระหว่างครูกับศิษย์ จำนวน 14 ตัวบ่งชี้ ด้านความรักและศรัทธาในวิชาชีพ จำนวน  19 ตัวบ่งชี้ ด้านการมีจิตวิทยาในการสอน จำนวน 24 ตัวบ่งชี้ ด้านการเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี จำนวน 22 ตัวบ่งชี้ ด้านการมีคุณธรรม และจริยธรรม จำนวน 22 ตัวบ่งชี้ ด้านการปฏิบัติตามบทบาทหน้าที่ จำนวน 19 ตัวบ่งชี้ และด้านการมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีและมีความเป็นกัลยาณมิตร จำนวน 15 ตัวบ่งชี้

2. โมเดลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันของตัวบ่งชี้จิตวิญญาณความเป็นครู ของครูสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน มีความสอดคล้อง กับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ (chi-square = 44.53,  df =45, P = 0.989, GFI = 0.99, AGFI = 0.95,  RMSEA = 0.000, CN = 818.29) เมื่อพิจารณาค่าน้ำหนักขององค์ประกอบเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อยเป็น ดังนี้ 1) ด้านการปฏิบัติตามบทบาทหน้าที่ (2.32) 2) ด้านการมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีและมีความเป็นกัลยาณมิตร (2.29) 3) การเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี (2.23) 4) ด้านการมีจิตวิทยาในการสอน (2.22) 5) ด้านความรักและศรัทธาในวิชาชีพ (2.21) 6) ด้านการมีคุณธรรม และจริยธรรม (1.75) และ 7) ด้านความผูกพันระหว่างครูกับศิษย์ (1.00) ตามลำดับ

The objectives of this study were: 1) to develop teacher spirituality teacher’s indicators of under the Office of the Basic Education Commission and to 2) examine the goodness-­of­-fit of the confirmatory factor analysis model of teacher spirituality indicators of teachers under the Office of the Basic Education Commission with the empirical data. The study was conducted in three phases. Research conceptual framework was constructed in Phase 1 through the analysis of related documents and studies, as well as interviewing nine academic experts. Phase 2 was the  development of teacher spirituality indicators by enquiring 17 experts for 3 rounds, using Modified Delphi Technique. Goodness-of-fit test of the teacher spirituality indicators of teachers under the Office of Basic Education Commission structural model with the empirical data was executed in Phase 3. The subjects, selected through stratified random sampling, were 535 teachers awarded the Teachers Council of Thailand's "Beloved Teachers" Project and "Great Teachers with Ideals and Spirituality" Project from the year 2012 -2014  (B.E. 2555 - 2557). Research tool used was a 5 level rating scale questionnaire. The data was then analysed to find the basic statistics. LISREL programme was brought to analyse the confirmatory factors.

The study results could be concluded as follows:

1. Teacher spirituality of teachers under the Office of the Basic Education Commission comprised of seven major components, 23 sub-components and 135 indicators. They could be furtherclassified as follows: 14 indicators on teacher- student relationship, 19 indicators on commitment to the profession, 24 indicators on psychology of teaching, 22 indicators on being a role model, 22 indicators on possessing ethics and morality, 19 indicators on acting accordingly to the role and duties and, lastly, 15 indicators on possessing good human relations and friendliness. 

2. Confirmatory factors analysis model of teacher spirituality indicators of teachers under the Office of the Basic Education Commission had goodness-­of­-fit with the empirical data (chi-square =44.53,  df =45, P = 0.989, GFI = 0.99, AGFI = 0.95, RMSEA = 0.000, CN = 818.29). The factor loading of each component could be sorted in descending order as follows: acting accordingly to the role and duties (2.32), possessing good human relations and friendliness (2.29), being a role model (2.23), psychology of teaching (2.22), love and faith in  the occupation, (2.21), possessing ethics and morality (1.75)  and, lastly, teacher- ­student relationship (1.00).
