การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สร้างหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมคุณธรรมสำหรับครูโรงเรียนเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 2) ประเมินประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมคุณธรรมสำหรับครูโรงเรียนเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 ด้านความสอดคล้องและความเหมาะสมของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม และ 3) จัดทำคู่มือการใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมคุณธรรมสำหรับครูโรงเรียนเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 การดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพื้นฐาน ระยะที่ 2 การสร้างหลักสูตรและจัดทำคู่มือการใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม ระยะที่ 3 การประเมินประสิทธิภาพร่างหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม ระยะที่ 4 การปรับปรุงร่างหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูโรงเรียนเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 ในปีการศึกษา 2558 โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างผู้บริหารแบบเจาะจง และกลุ่มตัวอย่างครูใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมด จำนวน 230 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย () ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.)

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมคุณธรรมสำหรับครูโรงเรียนเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) หลักการและเหตุผล 2) จุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตร 3) โครงสร้างเนื้อหา 4) กิจกรรมการฝึกอบรม 5) การวัดและประเมินผลการฝึกอบรม

2. ประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมคุณธรรมสำหรับครูโรงเรียนเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2

2.1 หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมคุณธรรมสำหรับครู มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (IOC) ตั้งแต่ 0.58-1.00

2.2 หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมคุณธรรมสำหรับครูมีค่าความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยรวม ( = 4.05)

3. คู่มือการใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมคุณธรรมสำหรับครูโรงเรียนเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 ประกอบด้วยคำชี้แจงการใช้คู่มือการใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม หลักการและเหตุผล จุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตร เนื้อหาสาระของหลักสูตร กิจกรรมการฝึกอบรม สื่อประกอบการฝึกอบรม การวัดและประเมินผล คุณสมบัติของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม คุณสมบัติของวิทยากรดำเนินการฝึกอบรม ขั้นตอนการฝึกอบรม กำหนดการฝึกอบรม โครงสร้างหน่วยการเรียนรู้ หน่วยการเรียนรู้ที่ แบบทดสอบวัดความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านคุณธรรมสำหรับครูก่อนและหลังการฝึกอบรม แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ แนวทางดำเนินการฝึกอบรม แนวทางสรุปและจัดทำรายงานผลการฝึกอบรม

The objectives of this study were to 1) build a moral enhancement training curriculum for private school teachers under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, 2) evaluate the efficiency of the developed training curriculum on its appropriateness and congruence, and 3) create a user manual for the developed training curriculum. The study was divided into 4 phases. The first phase was the studying and analysis of basic information, which was used in building the training curriculum and creating its user manual in the second phase. The third phase was efficiency evaluation of the draft training curriculum and the fourth phase was the improvement of draft training curriculum. The population and sample group in this study consisted of private school directors and teachers under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in the academic year B.E. 2558. The private school directors in the sample group were selected with purposive sampling while the teachers were selected with simple random sampling, summing up to a total of 230 persons. Statistics employed in data analysis were mean and standard deviation. 

The study yielded the following results.

1. The developed moral enhancement training curriculum for private school teachers under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 comprised 5 components, which were 1) rationale; 2) curriculum objectives; 3) content structure; 4) training activities, and 5) measurement and evaluation.

2. The efficiency of the developed moral enhancement training curriculum for private school teachers under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 could be explained as follows.

2.1 The IOC of the developed moral enhancement training curriculum for teachers was between 0.58 - 1.00.

2.2 The appropriateness of the developed moral enhancement training curriculum for teachers was at a high level with = 4.05.

3. The user manual for the developed training curriculum comprised the instruction on using the manual, rationale, curriculum objectives, curriculum content, training activities, training media, measurement and evaluation, training participant qualifications, trainer qualifications, training process, training schedule, training module structure, module, pre-test and post-test on moral knowledge and understanding for teachers, satisfaction evaluation form, guideline on training and guideline on conducting training summary and outcome report.
